Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting
- Experience maintaining dashboards (Tableau preferred)
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
- Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into clear insights
- Strong attention to detail, especially in compliance and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Python or geospatial analysis tools is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities:
- As a Data Operations Analyst, you will:
- Run existing SQL queries to produce weekly and monthly operational and compliance reports
- Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver KPI summaries to leadership
- Respond to urgent operational queries with data-driven insights
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable summaries for operational teams
- Maintain and optimise dashboards to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility
- Troubleshoot data issues and improve dashboard performance based on business needs
- Support process improvement initiatives by analysing operational data
- Document findings and create clear SOPs using Google Workspace
- Collaborate with operations, strategy, and leadership teams to support informed decision-making
