This is an exciting opportunity within the Education and Family Support Directorate.
The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality direct support and assist with clerical and administrative duties across the whole directorate. In particular you will be supporting referral processes, service activity and maintaining accurate records.
The role will be varied as you will be providing support to a number of teams that make up the Education and Family Support Directorate. Excellent IT abilities, customer service skills and good communication will be pivotal to success within this role.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
