Crynodeb
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Duty Manager to join our award-winning team at restaurant set in one of the most spectacular locations in Scotland.
This is a full-time, permanent, live-in position offering high-quality staff accommodation (private en-suite room, all bills included, Wi-Fi, and meals on duty).
Key Responsibilities
-Day-to-day running of our restaurant
-Leading and motivating a team of 12–18 front-of-house staff
-Delivering exceptional guest experiences
-Stock control, cashing up, rotas, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws
-Liaising closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service
-Hosting and engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner
-Covering duty management shifts across the hotel as required
About You
-Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager in a high-quality, rosette-level or Michelin environment
-Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge (WSET or equivalent an advantage)
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a young team
-Impeccable personal presentation and guest interaction skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and split shifts
-Full UK driving licence preferred (due to our remote location)
