Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our award-winning luxury hotel team in the stunning Scottish Highlands. This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine dining restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide warm, attentive table service with a focus on product knowledge (wines, whiskies, local produce)
-Assist with mise-en-place, polishing, and maintaining impeccable presentation standards
-Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services
-Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations
-Contribute to private dining, weddings, and exclusive events
About You:
-Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment (essential)
-Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
-WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not required—full training provided
-Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and evenings

-£28,000 per annum
-Live-in accommodation available (deducted from salary)
