Description
The School Organisation Manager (Grade 9) plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our educational institution's administrative and logistical frameworks. As the School Organisation Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of school policies, resource allocation, and the optimization of operational procedures. Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and coordination of school events and activities

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school programs and initiatives
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing school operations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in school administration or management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in data analysis and use of information management systems
