Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of business support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to enhance team performance.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Monitor team performance metrics and prepare reports to assess productivity and service levels.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster team engagement.
Provide training and onboarding for new staff members, supporting their professional development.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within a business support environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and office management tools.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.27
