Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to department staff and management.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, managing documentation, and communicating updates to the team.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to business operations and projects.
Assist in the organization of events, workshops, and training sessions.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business support or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
