Summary

Ambassadors Resourcing is looking to recruit for September 2025 passionate, hard-working temporary, shot term and long term Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners for our childcare and education settings in Walsall & Wolverhampton areas.

Job Description

• The successful Level 2 & Level 3 Early Years Practitioners will:
• Show a passion for working with children in the Early Years and understand the
importance of meeting every child’s individual needs and interests by
effectively supporting them in their learning activities
• Have sound knowledge of the EYFS
• Promote and nurture the children’s development of creativity, individuality and
self-confidence
• Contribute to a safe, clean, inspiring and inclusive environment
• Engage in excellent communication with the team and parents/carers
• Actively promote and support the safeguarding of all children, ensuring that at
all times the policies and procedures of the schools and Ambassadors
Resourcing are observed and responsibilities are understood

Requirements

• The successful Level 2 & Level 3 Early Years Practitioners:
• Must have Level 2 or 3 in Child Care and Education or the equivalent
• Must have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 or above in English, or the equivalent
if a Level 3 candidate
• Must have or obtain after interview an enhanced DBS and Overseas Police
Clearances (if applicable) and have a legal right to work in the country
• Must have at least two acceptable reference checks dating back two years
from previous employers including one from a childcare & education setting
and/or educational institutions
• Shortlisted candidates will be subject to Check a Teacher’s Record & an online
search as part of Ambassadors Resourcing Safer Recruitment checks
• Will attend a face to face interview which will include questions about
safeguarding and the candidate’s understanding of working with children
