Site Manager - Planned Works, Retrofit & Decarbonisation
Location: Croydon
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering planned maintenance, retrofit, and decarbonisation works across residential properties in Croydon.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of planned maintenance, retrofit upgrades, and decarbonisation works

  • Ensure health & safety compliance across all site activities

  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials

  • Carry out site inspections, progress reports, and quality control

  • Liaise with tenants, clients, and project managers

  • Monitor programme schedules and resolve on-site issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in planned works and retrofit/decarbonisation projects

  • Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and work in occupied properties

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
