Summary
Site Manager - Planned Works, Retrofit & Decarbonisation
Location: Croydon
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering planned maintenance, retrofit, and decarbonisation works across residential properties in Croydon.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee delivery of planned maintenance, retrofit upgrades, and decarbonisation works

Ensure health & safety compliance across all site activities

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials

Carry out site inspections, progress reports, and quality control

Liaise with tenants, clients, and project managers

Monitor programme schedules and resolve on-site issues

Proven experience as a Site Manager in planned works and retrofit/decarbonisation projects

Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
-
Ability to manage multiple trades and work in occupied properties

Excellent communication and leadership skills
