Field Care Supervisor – Up to £30,000 (including on-call payments)

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
- Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, or Senior Healthcare Assistant/Carer.
- Strong knowledge of care regulations, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car (essential for travel).
- A flexible, supportive, and person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Write, review, and update detailed care plans.
- Check and maintain accurate medication records.
- Audit care notes and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with clients and families, providing professional support and reassurance.
- Support with care visits in emergencies when required.
- Carry out quality assurance visits to monitor and improve service delivery.
- Travel across the region to supervise and support staff in the field.
