Families begin their journey at the Woodland Check-In and Elven Bazaar—and that's where you come in.
We’re looking for organised, confident, and warm-hearted leaders to join our guest experience team as Welcome Supervisors at our Macclesfield site.
The Role
As a Welcome Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the check-in and front-of-house operations. You’ll lead a team of Elves, ensuring every family is welcomed with efficiency, care, and festive cheer. From briefing your team to managing safety and staffing, you’ll set the tone for each guest’s magical journey.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise daily check-in and the Elven Bazaar, ensuring safe, smooth operations
Lead and motivate a team of Elves through daily briefings and shift support
Foster a guest-first culture while maintaining morale and high performance
Manage shift rotas, report absences, and escalate staffing concerns
Uphold accessibility and inclusion procedures across your area
Liaise with other departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Support VIP and PR guest visits with professionalism and attention to detail
Complete all required training and stay updated on safety and operations protocols
About You
You’re a natural leader with a calm, capable approach—even in busy environments. Whether from events, visitor attractions, theatre, or hospitality, you know how to keep operations smooth, guests happy, and your team engaged.
You’ll bring:
1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role in a guest-facing environment
Solid understanding of health & safety best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills
A tech-savvy mindset and comfort using rotas and digital tools
A positive, problem-solving attitude
Experience in live events or attractions is a plus

Shifts: AM or PM
Pay & Perks
£17.00 per hour
One hot meal per shift
