Field Care Supervisor – Up to £30,000 (including on-call payments)

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
  • Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, or Senior Healthcare Assistant/Carer.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a car (essential for travel).
  • A flexible, supportive, and person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and update detailed care plans.
  • Check and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Audit care notes and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with clients and families, providing professional support and reassurance.
  • Support with care visits in emergencies when required.
  • Carry out quality assurance visits to monitor and improve service delivery.
  • Travel across the region to supervise and support staff in the field.
