Crynodeb
This position is essential to the provision of high-quality support to Army Adventurous Training Expeditions. The position will play a key role in the efficient and timely procurement of Adventurous Training Clothing Equipment, ensuring that Business Cases are at the required standard, and follows procurement policy. This role will be varied, interesting and rewarding.
Key responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Deputy Chief of Staff and Budget Manager.
Lead on the day-to-day procurement of clothing and equipment for the Loan Pool which will include staffing of cases.
Research clothing and equipment options and cost.
Account for clothing and equipment expenditure and produce regular spend profile.
Support Budget Manager with Fee Earner Casework.
Maintain the Group Tracker for contracts and infrastructure.
Operate a Government Purchase Card.
Understand the MOD Commercial process.
Provide wider logistics, infrastructure and Health and Safety staff support when required.
