Are you an experienced and resilient Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Do you have the skills and confidence to work 1:1 with a KS1 pupil displaying challenging behaviour? This could be the role for you.
We are working in partnership with a primary school in Heywood looking to appoint a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 child with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs from September. The pupil requires consistent emotional regulation support, clear boundaries, and someone who can offer both firm guidance and positive reinforcement throughout the school day.
The Role:

Providing 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with behavioural and emotional challenges
