About the role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to provide academic and emotional support. You’ll help deliver tailored learning activities, assist with behaviour regulation, and encourage communication and social skills development.
This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant position is ideal for graduates seeking hands-on experience before progressing into further study or training within education, therapy, or mental health support.

• Previous experience working with SEN or in care environments is desirable, but not required
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in an SEN setting
• Must have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship)
