About the Role:
At Educato, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support Early Years and KS1 pupils, of which some children have a range of additional needs. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to learn. You will be based in a school in Bury, Greater Manchester & this role will start in September.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Supporting children with special educational needs during classroom activities and play.

· Working closely with teachers and parents to tailor learning experiences.

· Helping to develop social, communication, and emotional skills in a fun and engaging way.

· Observing and recording progress to contribute to personalized learning plans.

· Encouraging independence and confidence in each child.

What We're Looking For:

· Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early years education.

· Experience or interest in working with children with SEN.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Creativity and flexibility to adapt to each child's unique needs.

· A positive, can-do attitude and a love of working with young learners.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards.
