What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting classroom teaching in subjects such as English, maths, science, and humanities
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support
• Helping prepare lesson materials and contributing to classroom organisation
• Promoting student engagement, confidence and independence
• Supporting pupils with SEND, EAL, or emotional/social needs
• Contributing to a focused, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Energetic, reliable, and confident in supporting teenagers in a school setting
• Great communication skills and a calm, adaptable approach
