What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and daily routines
• Leading small group work in phonics, numeracy, and literacy
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance
• Encouraging engagement, curiosity, and confidence in all pupils
• Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning space
• Contributing to lesson preparation, displays, and enrichment activities
