What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting class teachers across Key Stage 1 or 2, depending on school needs
• Leading small group activities and 1:1 academic interventions
• Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and topic lessons to reinforce pupil understanding
• Helping with classroom organisation, displays, and resource preparation
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL
• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and pupil engagement

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For This Newham School:
• A recent graduate with strong academic credentials and a passion for education
• Friendly, proactive, and confident working with primary-aged pupils
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, encouraging approach
