What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation
• Providing 1:1 and small group academic support in core subjects (English, maths, science, humanities)
• Supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
• Promoting engagement, motivation and positive classroom behaviour
• Collaborating with teaching, SEN and pastoral teams to support pupil progress
• Contributing to extra-curricular activities, homework clubs or enrichment sessions
