Graduate Teaching Assistant – KS3/KS4 Role | Dynamic Croydon Secondary School

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups across subjects such as English, maths, and science
• Helping pupils with additional needs to access learning effectively
• Encouraging confidence, engagement, and positive classroom behaviour
• Preparing resources and contributing to a supportive learning environment
• Collaborating with SEN, pastoral and academic teams to monitor progress
