You will be an integral part of the Sales and Purchasing department - offering administrative support to ensure the smooth running of it.
Your main duties will be:
- answering calls - transferring and or taking messages if needed
- data entry
- checking sales orders and entering detail into the system
- arranging pick up of goods with haulers and ensuring proof of delivery
- to maintain the manual and computerised systems
- ensuring work area is clean, tidy and safe
You will need:
- previous administration experience - ideally within a manufacturing or logistics company
- the willingness to train to ensure you are able to complete the tasks
- the ability to prioritise workload based on needs of the business
- experience of working with data, spreadsheets etc..
