Sales Valuer/Lister | South West London (Streatham / Balham / Tooting / Wimbledon) | Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and every other Saturday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm | £35,000 - £40,000 base Salary with a realistic OTE of £60,000

As they continue to grow their award-winning sales department, they’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Valuer / Business Development Manager to help shape the next phase of their expansion.

This is a pivotal role focused on generating quality market appraisals, winning instructions, and supporting deals through to exchange. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and Director, leading the charge in new business development while providing honest and insightful advice to sellers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results and wants to play a key part in driving performance across the team.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Minimum 2 years of residential valuation/lister experience
• Track record of converting appraisals to instructions
• Confident, proactive, and highly motivated to exceed targets
• Strong knowledge of South West London and surrounding areas
• Organised and self-disciplined, with a consultative approach to sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence

What will your role look like?

• Attend and convert high-quality market appraisals into sole agency instructions
• Offer accurate, transparent pricing advice and marketing strategies
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners, buyers, and referral partners
• Prospect for new business through proactive engagement with past clients, landlords, developers, and the wider community
• Maintain consistent and structured follow-up of leads and pipeline opportunities
• Ensure all properties are professionally presented with quality photos, floor plans, and descriptions
• Work alongside our internal team to progress sales and ensure the timely exchange of contracts
• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a focus on results
• Work towards key performance targets to help achieve the company’s annual sales revenue goal of £500,000, including:

• 30 market appraisals per month
• 13 new sales instructions per month
• 7 exchanged sales per month
