We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our sales department by ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of daily operations, enhancing overall productivity, and contributing to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be an effective communicator, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the key point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team with order processing, coordinating sales-related activities, and maintaining customer databases and sales records. You will also manage and track sales documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. By ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our sales strategy.

This position requires strong administrative abilities and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and following up with clients regarding pending documents or payments. The role often involves liaising with clients to confirm order details, shipping timelines, and payment status, requiring a courteous and professional approach at all times. A good understanding of customer service principles and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.

In collaboration with the marketing and logistics teams, you may assist with organizing promotional events, product launches, or trade shows, and ensure that sales materials are prepared and delivered on time. You will also be expected to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product availability to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in a sales support or coordination role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software is often required. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key qualities we value.

If you are passionate about sales, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a growing company, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join us in delivering outstanding service and driving success in a collaborative, supportive workplace.
