We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of the sales department. The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating and streamlining sales processes, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external clients. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing sales quotations, processing customer orders, maintaining up-to-date customer records, and generating regular sales reports. The Sales Administrator also assists in tracking sales targets and performance metrics, supports follow-up with clients, and helps manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools. Coordination with the logistics, finance, and marketing departments is essential to ensure that client orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. The role also involves handling client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing administrative support during sales campaigns and product launches. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and order processing systems, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. A key part of this role is ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the information, materials, and support needed to close deals and serve customers effectively. The Sales Administrator must maintain confidentiality of customer and business data and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales department. Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred, along with the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
