We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham, site-based 5 days per weekContract: Permanent, full-time - 40 hours per weekSalary: £36,500 - £42,000 + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Supervisor, you'll take an active role in managing and supporting our arboriculture team, ensuring safe, efficient operations on-site and delivering a high standard of service.
Day-to-day, you will:
-Coordinate with planning teams to schedule workloads across the planting season
-Conduct on-site safety inspections and enforce compliance
-Respond to emergency calls and organise response teams
-Audit Category 1 enquiries to ensure targets are achieved and records are accurate
-Deliver daily task briefings, toolbox talks (TBTs), and manage relevant permits
What are we looking for?
This Supervisor role is ideal if you have:
-Previous experience in a supervisory role with a track record of meeting KPIs
-A solid understanding of COSHH regulations
-SMSTS certification
