Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of procurement law and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for goods and services.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with various departments to develop procurement strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans related to procurement activities.
Represent the organization in disputes or negotiations with suppliers or contractors.
Provide training and support to staff on procurement-related legal issues.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
Proven experience in procurement law and contract negotiation.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £50.00
Location: Little Ilford, East London
