We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a CSR- WITS (Grade 3). In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer experience by providing exceptional support and solutions to our valued clients. As a CSR in the WITS domain, you will engage with customers through various channels, addressing their inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in service processes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Contribute to achieving team performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.45
