We’re looking for an IAM Analyst to join ZIGUP’s IT team, helping manage user access and support secure IT operations across the business. This role is well suited to someone with strong service desk experience who’s looking to deepen their technical skills in a focused IAM environment.Based in our Huddersfield office, you’ll work as part of the wider IAM team, helping to manage user access, resolve tickets, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of colleagues. You’ll play a key role in maintaining governance standards around access, while responding to requests and incidents with a customer-first approach.This is a hands-on role that will see you using tools like Azure AD, ADManager Plus and TopDesk on a daily basis.
