We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a significant service transition at Calderdale Royal Hospital, working alongside a well-established on-site team and client stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in a rare and exciting hospital expansion, supporting changes to key services as the site evolves.
You’ll be at the heart of shaping a major transformation in the healthcare environment - no two days will be the same.
Job Description
As Project Manager, you’ll manage the transition of ISS services with a focus on continuity, communication, and collaboration.
With the hospital’s development well underway and the contract due to conclude in three years, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in both the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage mobilisation and transition programmes, tools, and updates.
Oversee project resources, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Produce regular reports and progress updates.
Deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Allocate, monitor, and assess work across teams and individuals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Manage resources and budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with some Operations exposure.
Strong organisational and budget management skills.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with stakeholder presentation experience.
Able to analyse complex data and identify operational improvements.
Skilled in client liaison, negotiation, and people management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Flexible, solutions-focused, and comfortable meeting deadlines independently.
