To line manage a team of Renal Medicine band 7's prodemently based at St Lukes Hospital and Skipton Hospital. To oversee care at the St Lukes and Skipton in centre Dialysis Units To provided operational nursing leadership within the CSU of Specialist Medicine. To project manage the expansion of the expansion of incentre Haemodialysis.
