A welcoming primary school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to work across Early Years and Key Stage 1. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including physical disabilities, medical needs, communication difficulties, and sensory processing challenges.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex learning and medical needs

To be successful in this Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role, you should have:
✅ Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. CACHE, NCFE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. CACHE, NCFE, NVQ, or equivalent)

OR relevant health and social care qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Health and Social Care)
OR relevant health and social care qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Health and Social Care)

Manual handling training or willingness to complete it (highly desirable)

Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection
