Locations: Secondary Schools in Bournemouth & Poole
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Up to £600 per week

Are you set to graduate in 2025 with a 2:1 or higher from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university?

Are you looking to start a meaningful career in education while gaining first-hand classroom experience?

We are working in partnership with two ambitious and supportive secondary schools—one in Bournemouth and the other in Poole—both part of a successful and forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust. These schools are looking to appoint passionate and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants for full-time roles starting in September 2025. These paid positions offer an ideal platform for graduates considering a future in teaching or the wider education sector.

      Role Overview:

      • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons


      • Provide tailored support to students through 1:1 and small group work


      • Support classroom management and daily routines


      • Help prepare teaching resources and contribute to lesson planning


      • Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff


      • Develop a clear understanding of how a busy secondary school operates


        Who We’re Looking For:

        • Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a 2:1 or above


        • Preferably from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


        • Passionate about education and working with young people


        • Strong interest in at least one of the key subject areas listed above


        • Reliable, flexible, and eager to get involved in school life


        • Experience working with young people is a plus but not essential
