Summary
Blue Recruitment Personnel is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development and testing of mechanical systems and components for a range of engineering projects.
Support senior engineers in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve product performance.
Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and technical input to support project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineers.
Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist with prototyping, testing, and validation of new products and systems.
Prepare and present technical reports and findings to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design processes.
Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
Previous internship or placement experience in a mechanical engineering environment.
Familiarity with FEA, CFD, or other engineering analysis tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
