Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teaching in your subject specialism or across various subjects as needed

Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils strengthen subject knowledge and skills

Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom organisation

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Gain first-hand insight into school life and educational practice
Who We’re Looking For:

Final-year students or recent graduates (2025 or earlier) with a 2:1 degree or above

Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

Passionate about education and dedicated to supporting young people

Strong interest in at least one of the subjects listed above

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom

Experience with young people (formal or informal) is desirable but not essential
