      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support classroom teaching in your subject specialism or across various subjects as needed


      • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils strengthen subject knowledge and skills


      • Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom organisation


      • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment


      • Gain first-hand insight into school life and educational practice


        Who We’re Looking For:

        • Final-year students or recent graduates (2025 or earlier) with a 2:1 degree or above


        • Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


        • Passionate about education and dedicated to supporting young people


        • Strong interest in at least one of the subjects listed above


        • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom


        • Experience with young people (formal or informal) is desirable but not essential
