Crynodeb
Main Responsibilities: To provide consistent access to high quality and timely CTRs in adherence to standards and best practice guidance To ensure recommendations from CTRs are followed and outcomes achieved To promote a culture of openness and acceptance of other views (civility contract) Provide training and awareness or CTRs across Greater Manchester including into non-NHS provision where care to the population group is delivered To ensure CTR documentation is provided, including accessible/ plain English versions Triangulate quality issues, establish mechanisms for escalating and contribute to service improvement planning within the ICB and nationally Participate with a lead role in the GM Oversight Panel, including regular reporting, highlighting quality assurance intelligence, working to address problems and providing recommendations for improvement.
