Your role:
As part of the Inclusive Employment Team, you’ll be responsible for managing high profile Multiple Disadvantage, Health and Employment related programmes under the banner of ‘Working Well’. This will include all both large scale (pan GM) to Neighbourhood and test and learn Projects alike. You’ll work directly with a broad range of Senior Leaders and organisations across multiple sectors, applying strategic planning and project management, at scale partnership working and stakeholder management.

In succeeding in the role, manage and matrix manage teams effectively, you’ll exercise diligence and an attention to detail when exploring opportunities and challenges. You’ll lead robust and continuous evaluation ensuring lessons learnt are shared openly and used to drive continuous improvement.
