Due to the location, having your own transport is essential. Please note this role requires availability for non-standard hours,
including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Shifts start at the airport at 2.30am and the late shift finishes at around10pm
depending on departures.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service/Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Food
and Beverage operations at Exeter Airport. Your main responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
* Assisting with food and beverage service, stock management, and opening/closing procedures
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, following a ‘clean as you go’ policy
* Ensuring compliance with Fire, Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations
* Reporting any operational issues to the management team promptly
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for individuals who:
* Have a positive and approachable personality
* Communicate clearly and confidently
* Possess previous customer service experience
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Are empathetic, with a genuine willingness to assist customers
* Can work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings
