Customer Service Assistant – The Deck Restaurant

signature waterfront restaurant in Exmouth, as we begin an exciting new chapter. As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be at the
heart of this transformation, helping to deliver warm, professional, and memorable hospitality from the moment our guests walk
through the door.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll:
* Welcome guests with energy, warmth, and professionalism
* Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need during their visit
* Work closely with your team to keep the service smooth, timely and friendly
* Share your knowledge of the menu and ingredients with confidence
* Support with setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Help ensure health & safety and hygiene procedures are followed
* Pitch in with the wider team during busy periods, events, or special promotions
ABOUT YOU
You’re someone who:
* Genuinely enjoys helping people and creating great experiences
* Has experience in hospitality or a fast-paced customer service role (or a willingness to learn)
* Communicates clearly and works well with others
* Stays calm under pressure and takes pride in doing a great job
* Has an eye for detail and enjoys working in a clean, well-run environment
* Is flexible, friendly, and eager to be part of a growing team
