Responsibilities
Assess clients' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
Provide direct social work support services through counseling and guidance.

Maintain thorough documentation of case notes and service delivery records.
Conduct community outreach to promote awareness of social services and programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary.
Requirements
Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
Valid social work license or eligibility for licensure based on local regulations.
Proven experience working in social services or a related field.
Strong analytical and assessment skills for understanding client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with community resources and support services available for clients.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.95
