Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ASW Practice Manager - CMHT to join our innovative and compassionate mental health team. This critical role involves overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality care within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), ensuring that our practice adheres to the highest standards of clinical excellence. As the ASW Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team, fostering an environment of collaboration, and ensuring the well-being of our service users through effective assessment and intervention strategies. Your strategic vision will help shape the direction of our services, allowing for continuous improvement and adaptation to meet the evolving needs of our community. In this role, you will play a key part in policy development, staff training, and maintaining compliance with local and national regulatory standards. You will also engage with stakeholders, including service users and their families, to promote a person-centered approach in all our activities. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to ensure effective service delivery.
Develop and implement care pathways that promote best practices in mental health care.
Oversee the assessment and treatment plans for service users, ensuring they meet individual needs.
Conduct regular supervision and performance reviews for team members to promote professional growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in all aspects of service delivery.
Engage and collaborate with external stakeholders and community organizations to enhance service provision.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Significant experience working within mental health services, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users and stakeholders.
Knowledge of current mental health legislation, policies, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery and continuous professional development.
Hours Per Week: 24.50
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.25
