Teaching Assistant – SEN Support (Full‑time, Birmingham primary school – September start)
We’re seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to provide targeted SEN support in small groups or 1:1 from September 2025. You’ll assist with tailored learning activities, help adapt resources, and collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils’ development.
The role involves fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere and supporting children’s academic and emotional growth without prior knowledge of individual needs. Level 2/3 TA or SEND qualification is desirable, along with patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education. A valid DBS check is required.
