Join Our Outstanding SEN School as a Teaching Assistant - Start ASAP or This September
Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs?We are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join a well-resourced and supportive SEN school that caters to students from Early Years through to Post-16. This is a full-time position, with immediate starts available or a September start for the right candidates.
About the Role:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of complex needs, including ASD, PMLD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in delivering tailored learning and care
  • Support pupils in developing both their educational and social skills in a nurturing environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs (essential)
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Flexibility and a genuine desire to support every learner's potential
