What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our School.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching, after school manager and senior staff to implement and enhance the high quality provision.
The successful candidate will need to:
• Have a passion for working with children and enhancing their development
• Have the skills and knowledge to support children with a range of needs, using effective strategies to promote positive learning
• Be confident being responsible for a group of key children
• Have previous experience of supporting Nursery children for After School Club
• Have proven class and behaviour management skills
• Be someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to challenge, inspire and motivate the children
• Be open to new ideas and committed to working as part of the school team
