We are proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Derby (DE1), seeking a Behaviour and Intervention Officer to join their dedicated team this September. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 who require additional guidance to succeed emotionally, socially, and academically.

Deliver structured 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to students' behavioural and emotional development.

Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching staff, and pastoral leads to implement and embed consistent, positive behaviour strategies.
