Crynodeb
This is an exciting opportunity to join an essential team within RAF Brize Norton as an integral part of the Airborne Delivery Wing Headquarters, assisting with the smooth running of the Wing by supporting the Executive Officer and wider Headquarters on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the team, operating in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with the impact of their work directly affecting Wing members, key stakeholders and wider business areas.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of administration and organisational tasks, mainly focused on maintaining the foundational administrative tasks that keep the Wing in an organised administrative state, such as (but not limited to):
Outlook diary and Wing Mgmt Planner management.
Monitoring arrivals and departures across the Wing and completing the administration to on-board them into the Wing.
Management of the ADW Nominal Roll detail.
Maintenance of Outlook email and Teams distribution lists.
Management of mandatory competency statistics across the Wing.
Coordination of F540 submissions to Stn.
Management of office mail.
Management of information flow.
Monitoring, ordering, and distribution of stationery and other office supplies.
Any other administration duties as required, commensurate with the grade.
