Crynodeb
Within each area, the post holder will be responsible for the following:
Auditing:
Conduct audits iaw policy and process guides.
Where necessary, take appropriate recovery action utilising BPG and SOPs.
Void Claims where necessary in exceptional circumstances, as authorised by OC HR Ops.
Refer any anomalies or potentially fraudulent activity to higher authorities.
Advise personnel of their expense entitlements iaw JSP 752.
Update the ARL list, ensuring that those who have access are audited on claims as determined by RAF HR Systems, Development and Assurance.
Appraisals:
Raise SJAR/OJARs for personnel administered by HR Ops.
Maintain registers pertaining to tracking of appraisals.
Check SJAR/OJARs prior to finalising iaw JSP 757 and return any appraisals that are found to have errors.
Amend Roles/Responsibilities for personnel administered by HR Ops.
Provide advice and guidance to Line Managers and Subjects on the administration and regulation of annual appraisals.
