What you will do: Reservations Agent
Your responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:
Responding promptly to all phone, email, and online reservation inquiries.
Accurately inputting and updating guest reservations in the hotel’s reservation system.
Providing detailed information about room types, packages, rates, and amenities.
Upselling room categories and additional services to maximize revenue.
Coordinating special requests and communicate them effectively to relevant departments.
Maintaining knowledge of hotel operations, promotions, events, and local area offerings.
Ensuring all guest interactions are handled with grace, professionalism, and discretion.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and no-shows according to policy.
Assist with group bookings and collaborate with sales or events teams as needed.
